Fenbi Education held a training meeting for middle-level cadres

From April 10th to April 15th, 2021, the middle-level cadre training meeting of Fenbi Education was held at the training base in Henan Province. This meeting lasted for six days. Zhang Xiaolong, the CEO of Fenbi Education, participated throughout as the main speaker and shared his insights and experiences accumulated over many years of work with the colleagues present.

1、 "When the upper and lower levels share the same aspiration, victory prevails" - Cultivate a cohesive team

"Having the same aspiration from top to bottom" means having a common goal and mutual trust. Chalk will not become a framework management that relies on system assessment, nor will it eliminate all kinds of bad practices such as bureaucracy.

All colleagues should have a common belief and understanding as support in their work. Only a working atmosphere of mutual trust can reduce communication costs, maximize the display of each person's strengths, and enable everyone to develop rapidly together.

2、, treat users and colleagues well

Treating users well is the unchanging original aspiration, and treating colleagues well is the cornerstone of development.

Only by considering others more and assisting each other can we create greater value and grow further. This is a win-win process.

Fenbi should never deceive users. If it's not convenient to tell the truth, it can be kept silent for the time being, but it must not lie. It should remain sincere to users.

We must safeguard the interests of our colleagues. Some organizations, in order to achieve a major event, are willing to sacrifice the interests of an individual, making grassroots employees the "price". This is not allowed in Fenbi. 3、Improve, innovate and optimize efficiency

Continuous improvement is effective, but the power of innovation is even stronger. The process of innovation is accompanied by risks and problems, but we should not be afraid. Only by being courageous in innovation can we achieve further efficiency optimization.

As long as our innovation is user-centered, it is an innovation that is in the interests of the majority and valuable.
